Tab Trade - The Short Version
TabTrade.com launched in March 2026. Trading platform registered in Saint Lucia, under Saint Lucia's FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was a senior exec at BlackBull Markets, the New Zealand-regulated broker.
His background matters. It means the founder knows how a proper broker operates. That is not a guarantee. It is better than someone with no brokerage experience.
TabTrade came out of the gate with execution through Equinix servers. Same facilities banks and hedge funds use. Most new brokers focuses on ads and sign-up promos. Tab Trade did the opposite. Unusual for a new broker.
Market coverage: FX, stock indices, metals, commodities, shares, crypto, exchange-traded funds. Over 1,000 instruments. For something this new, the breadth is solid.
What You Trade On
They offer: MT5, cTrader, and a WebTrader. Both MT5 and cTrader from a single account. A lot of brokers pick one platform. Having both is useful. Use whichever you prefer.
MetaTrader 5 is what most people know. Full charting, Expert Advisors, huge user base. If you have used MetaTrader before, there are no surprises.
cTrader by Spotware is the cleaner option. Better depth of market. Smoother chart interaction. Built-in algo trading. Many people like it better than MT5 once they try it.
FIX API is there for bots but requires the VIP account ($25,000 deposit). TradingView charting is reportedly in the works. That will make the platform set when it lands.
Accounts and Pricing
Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard account. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. No commission. Simple. $0 to start. Works for anyone who does not want to think about commission.
Edge account. Interbank-style spreads from 0.0 pips average. Commission of $3.50 each way. All-in: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On majors, the raw spread is often below 0.2 pips. Meaning your real cost can sit below 0.5 pips. That is hard to beat for a broker with no minimum deposit. Most platforms that offer pricing like this want $500 or more to open. Tab Trade has no minimum.
VIP account. $25k to open. FIX API, sub-20ms execution, custom pricing. Not relevant to typical accounts. Do not worry about it unless you move real size.
How Fast Are the Fills
The execution is where TabTrade stands apart. Equinix servers in London. Under 30ms on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. Those are not marketing fluff. The average platform quote 100ms to 300ms.
Should you care? For short-term trading, yes. The difference between fast execution and sluggish execution is profit or loss on tight trades. If you trade higher timeframes, you probably will not feel it. The point is the setup is serious. That is they are not cutting corners on the tech.
Pair that infrastructure with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and what you get is strong. Hardly anyone with no minimum deposit run Equinix connectivity.
Safety
This is the detail you need to be straight about. The broker is regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Saint Lucia. That is offshore. No CySEC. No investor compensation scheme. If the lack of tier-1 regulation is a problem for you, this broker is not for you. There are tier-1 alternatives out there.
That said. Benjamin Boulter came from BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The server placement is expensive. Dodgy operations do not invest in proper execution infrastructure. None of this make it safe. It does inform your decision.
The deal: you trade regulatory safety. For that: high leverage, cheap spreads, $0 to start, fast fills. Whether that works depends on you.
The Bonus
TabTrade runs a welcome bonus of up to $2,000. Typical welcome offer. You deposit, TabTrade top up your balance. The normal fine print: minimum lots traded before you can withdraw the bonus. Check the terms before you commit.
